7. User Accounts
7.1. Account Creation
Automatic Account Creation: Upon successful purchase, an account on our LMS platform is automatically created using the credentials provided.
Welcome Email: You will receive an email with instructions to set your password and access your course.
7.2. Account Security
Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Prohibited Sharing: Sharing your login credentials or account access with others is strictly prohibited.
Responsibility: You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

8. Payment Terms
8.1. Pricing and Currency

First Installment: 1/3 of the total amount due at purchase.
Subsequent Installments: Due monthly until the full amount is paid.

By choosing a payment plan, you agree to pay all installments on time.

8.4. Late Payments
Access Revocation: If a payment is not processed, your access to the course will be revoked.
Account Settlement: Access will not be reinstated until all outstanding amounts are paid.
Future Access: We reserve the right to deny access to future courses until the account is settled.

9. Refund Policy

14-Day Cooling-Off Period: In compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
9.2. Non-EU Customers
Case-by-Case Basis: Refund requests from non-EU customers will be considered at our sole discretion.
